Shipping & returns

We ship to all 50 US states, PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses with USPS. Standard shipping is free on every order. Express (48 states and DC) is $7.99 for the first item and $3 for each extra item. Each piece is printed when you order it, so please allow 1–3 business days before it ships. Military addresses can take 4–5 weeks. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves the printer. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or with a different design, color or size from what you ordered:

• Email support@heckingoods.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the problem.
• We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send anything back.

Every piece is printed just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for a size chosen by mistake. Please check the size guide before you order. Not sure? Email us and we will help you pick.

If tracking stops moving for 5 business days, or a parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we send a replacement or refund you. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 30 days and we will sort it out with you and the carrier. If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can send it again once the new shipping cost is paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
