Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only: all 50 states, Washington D.C., PO boxes, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau) and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Printing time
Every piece is printed when you order it. Production takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders finished on Friday afternoon ship on Monday. In the busy season from mid-November to December, please allow 1–2 extra days.
Delivery time
- Contiguous US: 2–5 business days after shipping with USPS Ground Advantage
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: usually a few days longer
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: up to 4–5 weeks
In total, most orders arrive 3–8 business days after you order.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: free on every order, to all 50 states, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- Express shipping (48 contiguous states and DC): $7.99 for the first item and $3 for each extra item. Express orders are printed within 1 business day and sent with USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days).

Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Orders with several items may ship in separate packages.
Addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@heckingoods.com right away. We can update the address until the order ships. USPS may refuse or return parcels sent to prisons and some other restricted facilities.
Returned parcels
If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was refused, we can send it again once the new shipping cost is paid. For damaged, lost or late parcels, see our Refund policy.
