1. About us

heckingoods.com (the "Store") is operated by DUZANO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Heckin Goods ("we", "us"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the Store with the permission of a parent or guardian. Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

3. Made-to-order products

Every item is printed on demand after you order it.
Product photos are digital previews. Real colors may look slightly different because screens display color differently, and print position may vary by up to about 1 inch.
Sizes and measurements are listed in the size guide on each product page. Please check them before you order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout, together with any sales tax that applies. We may change prices at any time. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full. You can find cancellation, refund and shipping details in our Refund policy and Shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Our designs

All designs, artwork, text, photos and logos on the Store belong to Heckin Goods or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to the design. Our designs celebrate dog breeds in general. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by any kennel club, brand or other organization.

7. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use, display and share it in connection with the Store. You must not send anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or anything that infringes another person's rights.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to collect other users' data, or to send spam or malicious code.

9. Third-party services

The Store runs on Shopify. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and parcels are delivered by USPS. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

10. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our policies, the Store and its products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
